GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
- The prices indicated above are to be understood per apartment per week.
- The price includes: heating (in winter) and consumption of electricity, water.
- Possible rental of bed linen €8/pax/week.
- Possible rental of towel sets €4/pax/week.
- Arrival/Departure - from Saturday to Saturday. In low season periods, it is possible to check in and out even midweek and to stay for less than a week. - The apartments will be delivered from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure.
-The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one third of the amount. This amount must be sent within 3 days of the booking date, via bank transfer or postal order.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will not be returned. The balance of the rent will be paid upon delivery of the apartment.
- No refunds or discounts are allowed for unused days due to late arrival or early departure.
- Deposit equal to 100 euros per apartment to be paid upon arrival; this amount will be refunded on the day of departure.
- The apartment cannot be occupied by a greater number of people than that indicated in the booking.
- In winter, beds are made, bathrooms cleaned and rubbish collected, included in the price.
- Small pets allowed (5 euros per day). - Garage Euro 50 / car / week.
- We do not accept credit cards. - Tourist tax Euro 1.30 per person per day.
- Final cleaning price: three-room apartments €50, two-room apartments €40.
The management reserves the right to make any changes to the price lists based on the requested high/medium/low season period.
